Pickled Red Onions

  • 1 red onion, sliced thin
  • White vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a airtight container and refrigerate for 2-3 days.
  2. Serve on any fresh Mex tacos!
