Police Say Suspect Died During Standoff In SE OKC

Police were involved in a standoff Thursday in southeast Oklahoma City.

The incident was reported in the 500 block of Moore Estates Drive near SE 89th and Shields Boulevard.

Officers were there to serve a warrant when the man barricaded himself in a mobile home.

Police were at the scene for several hours.

When they entered the mobile home, police said they found the man died from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.
