Oklahoma Attorney General Challenges Montana Supreme Court Ruling On Religious Liberties

Oklahoma's Attorney General is going up against a ruling by Montana's Supreme Court.

AG Mike Hunter says the decision requires Montana to exclude religious school options for parents participating in a state tax credit scholarship program. Hunter filed a brief with the U.S. Supreme Court.

17 other states are also included in the case.
