Firefighters Battle Large House Fire In NE OKC

Firefighters battled a large house fire in northeast Oklahoma City.

The fire was reported Thursday near Eastern Avenue and Memorial Road.

The fire raged in the attic. Firefighters worked to contain the fire and keep it from spreading to neighboring homes.

The resident and the pets inside the home got outside before the fire spread. No injuries were reported.
