Firefighters Respond To House Fire In NW OKC

Firefighters responded to a house fire, Thursday morning in northwest Oklahoma City.

According to authorities, the fire was near Northwest 12th Street North May Avenue.

Firefighters said the fire was contained to the kitchen.

One person was home during the time of the fire, but was able to safely evacuate.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
