Oklahoma City Police have released the name of the man accused of causing a power outage for nearly 3,000 people.

19-year-old Isaias Santillan crashed into a power pole Thursday night. Police say Santillan was allegedly drunk and ran away from the scene but was arrested not long after the crash.
