OHP Releases New Year's Eve Accident Numbers

OHP has released early accident numbers from New Year's Eve.

Troopers worked 27 accidents on the final day of 2019. 19 of those accidents were non-injury, and the remaining eight were injury accidents.

Officials said there were no fatalities.

In 2018, the department said five people died after drunk drivers decided to get behind the wheel.
