Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Super Bowl Dip

• 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
• 2 cups all purpose flour
• 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
• 2 cups chocolate chips
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
• 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
• 1/4 cup melted white chocolate
• Dippers: vanilla wafers, apples slices, strawberries

1. In a large bowl beat together the melted butter, both sugars, salt and vanilla till combined.
2. Mix in the cream cheese and then slowly add the flour till a dough is formed.
3. Stir in the whipping cream and chocolate chips.
4. Place the mixture in the center of a large platter.
5. Use plastic wrap to help shape into a football.
6. Chill for 1-2 hours or make the day ahead.
7. Before serving sprinkle the football with the cookie crumbs and press gently into it to help it stick.
8. Use melted white chocolate to draw the laces!
9. Serve with your favorite dippers!
