Easy Burger Soft Tacos

4 cooked hamburger patties, crumbled
3-4 tablespoons tomato paste
1/2 - 3/4 cup water
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 red & green pepper, chopped
1 packet taco seasoning
Flour tortillas
Shredded lettuce
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Fresh salsa

In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the onion, peppers & hamburger patties with tomato paste and water.
Sprinkle the taco seasoning in and continue cooking until bubbly.
Warm tortillas and serve taco meat with your favorite toppings!
