Quick Bread Master Mix

Yield: 5 large loaves

6 cups all purpose flour
4 1/2 cups sugar
5 teaspoon baking powder
5 teaspoon kosher salt
2 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Put all of the ingredients in a bowl and whisk well.
Store in an airtight container.

***1 loaf = 2 1/4 cup master mix
