Quick Bread Master Mix

Yield: 5 large loaves

• 6 cups all purpose flour
• 4 1/2 cups sugar
• 5 teaspoon baking powder
• 5 teaspoon kosher salt
• 2 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1. Put all of the ingredients in a bowl and whisk well.
2. Store in an airtight container.

***1 loaf = 2 1/4 cup master mix
