How To Make Sushi:

Sushi mat
Plastic wrap
Small bowl
Sharp knife
Carrots (shredded)
Crab stick
Cream cheese
Sushi grade salmon, sliced thin
Cucumber
Seaweed "Nori" papers

Spicy Mayo:

1 cup Mayonnaise
4 tablespoon Sriracha sauce

Mix well in a small bowl and then transfer to a squeeze bottle.

Cajun Crab Filling:

1/2 pound imitation crab
4-5 tablespoon Spicy mayo

Shred the crab in a small bowl and then stir in the spicy mayonnaise and toss together. Store in an airtight container.
