A small earthquake was recorded Tuesday in northwest Oklahoma, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.
The 3.0-magnitude earthquake was reported shortly after 8:10 a.m.
Its epicenter was less than a mile south, southeast of Chester, more than 30 miles east, southeast of Woodward, 59 miles west, southwest of Enid and 93 miles west, northwest of Oklahoma City.
The earthquake was more than three miles deep.
No immediate reports of damage or injury were reported.
