A small earthquake was recorded Monday morning in northwest Oklahoma, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.
The 3.1-magnitude earthquake happened shortly before 9:50 a.m. Its epicenter was more than a mile southwest of Aline, 33 miles west, northwest of Enid, 51 miles east of Woodward and 88 miles northwest of Oklahoma City.
The earthquake was more than two miles deep.
No immediate reports of damage or injury were reported.
