An overnight earthquake was upgraded after being recorded in northwest Oklahoma, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.

The quake was initially reported as a 3.2 magnitude but was later upgraded to a 3.6.

It happened shortly after 12:15 am. and its epicenter was about 13 miles south, southeast of Waynoka and 95 miles northwest of Oklahoma City.

The quake was more than three miles deep.

No immediate reports of damage or injury were reported.
