Small Earthquake Recorded In Lincoln County

A small earthquake shook up residents in Lincoln County last Thursday night.

The 3.0 magnitude earthquake struck at approximately 11:18 p.m. Its epicenter was located about four miles east, southeast of Avery, 27 miles southeast of Stillwater and 53 miles east, northeast of Oklahoma City.

It was about two and a half feet deep.

At this time, no one has reported any damages or injuries associated with this quake.
