The Muscogee Creek Nation issued a response to Governor Kevin Stitt's release calling on the state's tribes to enter into formal negotiations with the state regarding the McGirt Supreme Court ruling with a release of its own. The release said in part, "We have also clearly stated that we are open to discussions, but first and foremost the Governor must respect our authority as a Sovereign Nation."

The suspects involved in the shooting of two Tulsa police officers last summer are set to appear in court Monday. Both David Ware and Matthew Hall will be in court at 9:30 a.m. for an evidentiary hearing. They had a similar hearing last month but both men's attorneys, as well as prosecutors in their cases, asked for more time. David Ware is facing first-degree murder for the shooting death of Tulsa Police Sgt. Craig Johnson during a traffic stop

The state partnered with CVS Health to distribute COVID-19 vaccines at 175 skilled-nursing homes and assisted-living centers in Oklahoma.
