A mild breezy day is on the way Monday.
Look for highs climbing into the mid and upper 70s.
South winds will be up through the day gusting up to 35 mph at times. Clouds will hold tough as well. We may see a few breaks in the clouds and peaks of sunshine around noon, but clouds should win out into the afternoon.
We will be tracking rain moving in from Texas. Rain chances will be highest in southern and southeastern Oklahoma. There may be a few isolated thunderstorms as well.
Over the next couple of days we will soar into the mid 80s as we approach records across the state. The heat won’t last though, a strong cold front arrives late Wednesday.
