Weatherford Police Respond To Reported Homicide

Police in Weatherford responded to a call of a reported shooting in the 700 block of East College Avenue shortly before 4 p.m. Saturday.

According to police, a person called 911 to report that he had shot his friend after they had been in an argument.

Authorities arrived on the scene and found one deceased male.

One person has been detained for questioning.

Investigators are still on the scene of the shooting.
