Bethany police identified the victims involved in a deadly shooting Wednesday morning. Officers were called to the OnCue gas station near Northwest 39th Street and Rockwell Avenue to investigate.

Investigators determined 32-year-old Aymondray Meyers, Sr. and his estranged wife Shamara Meyers, 32, along with her mother Limbusha Fields, 48, and their friend Victor Gilliam,39, met in the parking lot to discuss something.

Police said Meyers pulled a gun on the two women, killing them. He also shot Gilliam and then turned the gun on himself.

An OnCue employee called 911 after Gilliam ran into the store for help.

Caller: “Yes, Somebody just got shot right now. He’s bleeding all over my floor.”

Officers found three of the victims inside their cars.

“Upon arrival on location we found two deceased females,” said Lt. Angelo Orafice, Bethany Police Department. “One deceased male and another male suffering from a gunshot wound.”

Orafice said none of the victims lived in Bethany.

“I’m surprised it happened in Bethany,”said Nate Schultz, tow truck driver. “Bethany’s a quiet little town and the fact it happened right across the street from us is quite shocking.”

Shultz was called in to tow two of the cars. He described the scene as tragic.

“At the moment you gotta [sic] deal with it,” said Schultz. “Then afterwards, that’s when it really sets in like someone lost a life over this. Was it worth it, no never is."

Police said the couple had an on and off relationship. They had two young children together and Meyer's wife also had one teenage daughter.
