Central Okla. Sees Flash Flood Threat Thursday Morning
OKLAHOMA CITY - Late night severe weather combined with overnight rain has made flash flooding a big concern for Oklahoma City, Tuesday morning.
A flash flood warning is in affect or Canadian and Oklahoma County until 6:30 a.m.
Oklahoma City police and firefighters responded to dozens of high water rescues in the last few hours.
Emergency crews also rescued a driver near Southwest 29th Street and Sara Road.
News 9 meteorologist Jed Castles said Oklahoma City will see a dip in the road Friday.
There is potential for light rain Sunday into early next before temperatures return to the 70s!
