Energy Bites

  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoon protein powder (flavor your choice)
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/4-1/2 cup honey or agave nectar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl till it forms a ball. Form small bite size balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Chill for 1 hour and then transfer into an airtight container until you are ready to eat!
