Sushi In A Jar

  • 1/2 pound cooked shrimps, deveined & tails removed
  • Spicy Mayo
  • Sushi rice
  • 1 cucumber, seeded and diced
  • Seaweed paper, cut into squares
  • Avocado, diced
  • Mason jars

Add a smear of spicy Mayo to the bottom of the jar.

Add shrimp and then later on the other ingredients.

Store in a refrigerator till you are ready to eat.
