OKLAHOMA CITY -

Happy Friday! High pressure is dominating our pattern. That means sunny skies and light winds.

Highs Friday will be in the 50s and 60s.

Saturday looks mild and sunny with a few high thin clouds. The wind will really ramp up Saturday. We are looking for a south breeze gusting 35 to 40 mph.

Relative humidity will also be low, and this means the fire threat will be high to extreme. Saturday is not a day to burn.

Sunday rain and thunderstorm chances go up. Rain and storms will begin to move into SW Oklahoma by Sunday afternoon.

The precipitation will spread up over the state Sunday evening into Sunday night. Right now the totals look fairly light. A trace to ¼ of inch west of Interstate 35. Eastern sides of the state could see up to 1”.
