Ross Family Banana Pudding

  • 2 small boxes Jell-o Instant Pudding
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla or vanilla paste
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 small container Cool Whip
  • 4-5 bananas, sliced
  • 1 box Girl Scout Golden Trefoil cookies or Nilla Wafers

In a medium-size bowl whisk together the Jell-O pudding mix along with the milk until smooth. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, and vanilla. Fold in the Cool Whip until it is fully incorporated into the putting mix. In a 9 x 13 pan line the bottom with cookies in rows. Add sliced bananas over the top of cookies and then spoon half of the putting mixture over the top and spread evenly. Continue another layer and finish on top with the cookies. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least four hours before serving.
