Police Identify Midwest City Man Shot To Death In His Front Yard
Midwest City police have identified the victim who was found shot to death Wednesday night in the front yard of his home.
According to police, 32-year-old Ethridge Dejuan Farris was fatally shot on his porch while trying to enter his home located in the 1300 block of the Juniper Circle in Midwest City, Oklahoma.
Police said shortly after 7:30 p.m. Wednesday night a woman called 911 saying she needed an ambulance and a police officer because her neighbor had been shot.
When officers arrived, they found Farris dead at the scene. He had been shot multiple times, police said.
“These cases are extremely frustrating because of the lack of eye witness information but our agency has some promising leads. We are dedicating a tremendous amount of police personnel to investigate this loss of human life,” Chief Brandon Clabes said.
No suspect information has been released at this time.
