Chocolate Donuts
In a medium-size bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients and mix together. In a separate medium-size bowl, combine the milk, eggs, and 2 teaspoons white vinegar. Don’t be alarmed but the milk will curdle a little bit and that is OK. In a separate bowl, melt the butter and set to the side. Combine the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Slowly pour in the melted butter and continue stirring until combined and it looks like a chocolate brownie batter. Preheat your oven to 350° and spray donut pan well with nonstick cooking spray. Pour the chocolate batter into a Ziploc bag and snip off the end and squeeze into donut a donut baking sheet filling each one 2/3 of the way full. Tap the batter on the counter top two times to release any air bubbles and bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until knife comes out clean Lee from the center of the donut. Allow the donuts to cool and then frost with your favorite glaze and add festive sprinkles on top.
