Another soggy, cold day Wednesday! A travel advisory has been issued for Western Oklahoma due to winter weather.
Snow and a rain snow mix continue in the northwest. Even with the wintry precipitation, most of the roads are wet. The soil temps are mild, so very few icy spots are expected. Trackers have reported some slush on a few bridges.
There is also some dense patchy fog in northern Oklahoma.
Wednesday afternoon we are expecting light showers to continue off and on. The rain will come and end late Wednesday evening. Skies will clear out by the night.
An arctic front will move in, and temperatures will fall into the teens and 20s Wednesday. Wind chills Thursday morning will be near zero across much of the state! Highs Thursday will be in the mid 30s.
We do have a very nice warm up on the way. Highs climb back to the 60s and 70s by early next week!
