Holiday Peanut Butter Cups

  • 3 cups chocolate chips (milk or semi sweet)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 cup Buckeye Peanut butter filling 
  • 1/4 cup chopped holiday M&M’s
  • Small holiday mini muffin liners
  • Squeeze bottles
  • Holiday sprinkles
  1. Place the small cupcake liners in the mini cupcake pan.
  2. Melt the chocolate slowly in the microwave.
  3. Stir in the coconut oil to thin and then pour the chocolate into a squeeze bottle.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the buckeye peanut butter filling with the chopped M&M’s.
  5. Make 1 teaspoon balls of the peanut bitter filling and slightly flatter.
  6. Set on a plate and chill for 10 minutes.
  7. Squeeze a small amount of chocolate into the bottom of the mini muffin cup.
  8. Set PB filling ball in the middle and then fill the cup with chocolate.
  9. Make sure and tap pan to make sure PB filling is covered.
  10. Sprinkle with holiday sprinkles.
  11. Continue till all cups are filled and then chill till set.
  12. Store in a cool dry place till you are ready to serve or give away.
