Christmas Chocolate Bark

  • 3 cups chocolate chips (milk or semi sweet)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • Broken Christmas cookies
  • Holiday m&m’s
  • Holiday sprinkles
  • Peppermint chocolate bar (crumbled)
  1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave at 30 second intervals.
  2. Stir and repeat till melted. Add the coconut oil to smooth.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the chocolate onto the pan till it is approximately 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Sprinkle with broken cookies, cliffy candy, sprinkles and peppermint chocolate bar pieces.
  5. Refrigerate till the barks hardens.
  6. Break the bark into large pieces and store in an airtight container till you are ready to use or give as a gift.
