Christmas Chocolate Bark
- 3 cups chocolate chips (milk or semi sweet)
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- Broken Christmas cookies
- Holiday m&m’s
- Holiday sprinkles
- Peppermint chocolate bar (crumbled)
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave at 30 second intervals.
- Stir and repeat till melted. Add the coconut oil to smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the chocolate onto the pan till it is approximately 1/4 inch thick.
- Sprinkle with broken cookies, cliffy candy, sprinkles and peppermint chocolate bar pieces.
- Refrigerate till the barks hardens.
- Break the bark into large pieces and store in an airtight container till you are ready to use or give as a gift.
