Roasted Carrots

  • 1 package baby carrots
  • Olive oil (butter flavored) 
  • Herbs de Provence 
  • Honey
  • Shredded Parmesan cheese
  1. Preheat oven 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Put carrots on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, and Herbs de Provence.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes or until browned and fork tender.
  4. Half way through baking, flip carrots over so they can evenly roast.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle shredded Parmesan cheese over the warm carrots.
