Roasted Carrots
- 1 package baby carrots
- Olive oil (butter flavored)
- Herbs de Provence
- Honey
- Shredded Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Put carrots on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, and Herbs de Provence.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until browned and fork tender.
- Half way through baking, flip carrots over so they can evenly roast.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle shredded Parmesan cheese over the warm carrots.
