On News 9 at 4, Sassy Mama shows Karl and Amanda how to make Hawaiian Ham: 

1 spiral sliced ham

1/2 cup Brown sugar

1/4 cup honey

1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon pepper

Place the spiral sliced ham cut side down in a slow cooker or instant pot. Pour the pineapple juice into the bottom of the pan. In a small bowl, mix together all of the remaining ingredients and rub all over the outside of the ham.

Cook on low for four hours in a slow cooker. Cook for 10 minutes-15 minutes in an instant pot on high pressure.

Once the ham is done, remove it from the cooking pot and place on a platter and then pour the remaining juice into a sauce pan. Reduce the liquid, over medium heat, until it becomes thick like a honey glaze. Pour the glaze over the top of the ham. Serve!
