Firefighters are investigating the cause of house fire Monday morning in northwest Oklahoma City.

According to authorities, the fire was near Northwest 32nd Street and North Blackwelder Avenue.

Firefighters said three people were inside the home when the fire broke out, but they were able to safely evacuate.

The high winds were a large concern while firefighters were working the fire. However firefighters said the neighboring homes were far enough away to remain unharmed.

This is a developing story.
