1 Dead After Del City Shooting; Police Looking For Person Of Interest

One person is dead after a shooting Wednesday night in Del City.

Ryan Daquonte Yearby, 18, died at OU Medical Center after he was treated at Integris Community Hospital in Midwest City and transferred to OU Medical Center.

Police were called to Integris Community Hospital when hospital officials told police they had a male patient with a gunshot wound to his head.

The victim was in the front seat of the vehicle when he and the driver were dropping someone off at a house in the 1000 S Vickie. The shooting happened shortly before 9:10 p.m., police said. 

Officers are looking for a person of interest who was at the scene at the time of the shooting. The person of interest ran away from the area, police said.

The person of interest was identified as 34-year-old Bruce Champagne Baker. Baker also goes by Bruce Champagne Farrow.
