Cookie Butter Coffee Creamer

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup cookie butter
  • 1/2 cup non fat sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  1. In a small saucepan, heat together the coconut milk, cookie butter, vanilla paste and sweetened condensed milk.
  2. Remove from the heat once it is smooth.
  3. Pour the warm cookie butter mixture into a blender and then add the cinnamon and almond milk.
  4. Mix in blender for 2 minutes.
  5. Pour the creamer into a mason jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
  6. Shake before adding to coffee.
