Instant Pot Root Beer Pulled Pork Sandwiches

  • 1 pork tenderloin (approx 24 ounce)
  • 1 (12 ounce) root beer
  • 1 (4 ounce) liquid smoke
  • Seasoning salt
  • BBQ sauce
  • Hamburger buns
  1. Sprinkle pork tenderloin all over with seasoning salt.
  2. Place the pork tenderloin in the instant pot and pour root beer and liquid smoke over the top.
  3. Place the lid on your pot and select High PRESSURE COOK.
  4. Set timer for 40 minutes.
  5. Once the cooker has released pressure, remove pork tenderloin and shred with a fork.
  6. Pour barbecue sauce over the top and serve on a bun!

**Frozen Pork tenderloin- cook for 1 hour 20 minutes on HIGH.
