Coconut Lavender Lemonade

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2-3 tablespoon culinary lavender
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 2-3 lemons, sliced
  • 8 cups coconut water
  • Purple food coloring
  1. In a medium sized saucepan, bring the sugar and water to a boil.
  2. Add the dried culinary lavender and steep for 20 minutes.
  3. Drain the simple syrup through a strainer into a large pitcher.
  4. Add coconut water and lemon juice.
  5. Stir together.
  6. Add purple food coloring if you want to tint.
