Chicago Dogs

  • 8 slices buns
  • 3 tablespoon melted butter
  • Sliced tomato
  • Sweet relish
  • Banana peppers or sport peppers
  • Yellow mustard
  • Poppyseed buns
  1. Brush hot dog buns with melted butter and sprinkle with poppyseeds.
  2. Put in the broiler for five minutes.
  3. Place hotdogs and buns and top with sliced tomato.
  4. Sprinkle with celery salt.
  5. Top with pickle spear, sweet relish, and peppers.
  6. Mustard ONLY!!!
