Semi Rolls Over On I-40, Possibly Leaking Oil Into River

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said all lanes of Interstate 40 eastbound at the Ft. Smith Junction have been reopened after a semi-rollover blocked the road for much of Sunday afternoon.

Authorities said oil may have leaked into the river.
