The Midway Cinnamon Rolls

  • 1 (12 count) package frozen Rhodes cinnamon rolls
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 1 cup pecans (optional)
  1. Spray a 9x13 pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Combine the brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  3. Pour melted butter over the bottom of the baking pan.
  4. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the cinnamon sugar.
  5. Set the cinnamon rolls down in the bottom of the pan.
  6. Sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon sugar.
  7. Set the cinnamon rolls in a warm spot over night and bake in the morning at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Spread the cream cheese frosting over the top and enjoy!

***Freeze cinnamon rolls before baking. Thaw and rise overnight
