Relaxing Bath Salts

  • 2 cups Epsom salts
  • 10 drop lavender essential oil
  • 2 tablespoon fresh lavender chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil (moisturizing element for dry skin)
  1. In a medium sized bowl, stir together the essential oils with the Epsom salts ad chopped lavender.
  2. Stir in coconut oil if you have dry skin.
  3. Store in an airtight container.
  4. Add 1/4 - 1/2 cup to bath.
