Tomatillo Cilantro Ranch Dressing

1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup mayonnaise
1 large or 2 small tomatillos
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
1/2 teaspoon lime juice
1/2 to 1 small jalapeno, seeds removed

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Refrigerate dressing in a mason jar or air tight container for up to a week.
Perfect to drizzle over salads and your favorite Mexican foods.
