Sassy Mama: Peach Hand Pies
In this segment, Sassy Mama shows Karl and Bobbie how to make 'Peach Hand Pies.'
- 1 package refrigerated pie crust
- 1 1/2 cup peaches, chopped
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 4-5 tablespoon water
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Lightly flour your counter and roll out the prepared piecrust.
Use a 4-inch-diameter round cookie cutter to make rounds.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the peaches, the flour and sugar and stir to combine.
Add a teaspoon of peach filling into the middle of each round, and then crimp the edges with a fork.
Brush with beaten egg on the outside and bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown
Remove from the oven and dip into the glaze
