The Oklahoma City Fire Department responded to an apartment fire in northwest Oklahoma City Saturday.

The complex is located at 12831 Stratford Drive.

According to officials, two children were inside of the apartment when the fire started, but made it out safely.

Crews were reportedly able to extinguish the fire quickly.

Officials said two dogs died in the fire.

The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
