A dog reportedly bit a child Monday afternoon in Cleveland County, the sheriff's office confirmed.

A 7-year-old child was bitten by a neighbor's dog at a Dollar General store on State Highway 9 east of Norman, according to a 911 caller.

The incident happened about 12:45 p.m.
