Bob Mills SkyNews 9 pilot Jim Gardner flies above a water main break in northeast Oklahoma City at NE 63rd Street and Kelley Avenue.

The creek flows into the Deep Fork River, which is already swollen.

Jim reports that it could take up to eight hours to repair the break.
