Strawberry Cheesecake Cups

  • 2 packages Phyllo pre-cooked shells (freezer section)
  • 2 cups Philadelphia cream cheese cheesecake filling
  • 1/2 cup strawberry preserves
  • 1/2 cup diced fresh strawberries
  • 1 Ziploc bag
  1. Put the cream cheese cheesecake filling in a large bowl and combine well with the chopped strawberries and strawberry preserves.
  2. Add the feeling to a large Ziploc bag and snip off the ends and squeeze into each of the cups.
  3. Decorate on top with a half of a fresh sliced strawberry.
