Pulled Pork Dinner

  • 2 refrigerated containers Pulled Pork with BBQ sauce
  • 1 Little Potato Company Savory Potatoes
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 1/2 cups roasted kernel corn
  • Salt and pepper
  • Heavy duty foil
  • 1 (18x13x1) baking sheet
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Line baking sheet completely with foil.
  3. Place the barbecue meat in 1/3 of the baking sheet.
  4. Pour the corn into the next 3rd of the pan and then add slices of potatoes to the next 3rd.
  5. Sprinkle with the corn with salt and pepper.
  6. Cook the potatoes according to package instructions and sprinkle with seasoning packet.
  7. Place potatoes on baking sheet and press down slightly to mash.
  8. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
  9. Remove from the oven and place Hawaiian rolls on top of BBQ and sprinkle cheese over the top of the potatoes.
  10. Return pan to the oven and cook till cheese is browned.
  11. Serve!
