Osage County prosecutors have dropped charges against two men who were arrested for transporting a disputed load of hemp through Oklahoma.
Pawhuska police pulled over Tadesse Deneke and Farah Warsame in January.

They were arrested because investigators say the nine-ton shipment was actually marijuana because the THC level was just above what's legally considered hemp.
The DA is still pursuing charges against two men who work for the security company that was escorting the shipment.
