Dive Team Pulls Vehicle From Lake Hefner

The Oklahoma City Fire Department responded to Lake Hefner Sunday morning where a car was found in the water near 5700 W Britton Rd.

Dive teams were able to pull the car from the water.

No one was inside, and firefighters were able to contact the owner of the vehicle.

According to officials at the scene, someone who knew the owner had borrowed the car and crashed it into the lake but did not report it.

No one was hurt during the incident.
