Meatball Calzone

  • 1 pizza dough recipe, prepared according to instructions
  • 20 frozen meatballs, thawed and cut in half
  • Pizza sauce
  • Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Cut the dough balls in half and press flat like you're making a pizza.
  4. Place between three meatballs on 1/2 of the pizza crust.
  5. Spoon sauce over the top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Fold the adjacent dough over the "meatball" half.
  7. Crimp the edges by folding over.
  8. Make a small cut on top to vent.
  9. Brush with butter or olive oil.
  10. Bake for 10 minutes.
